At CamperVan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain conditions apply:

Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@campervan.com to arrange the exchange.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@campervan.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Some items are non-refundable, including gift cards and clearance items.
